As the Vice President for Administration, Ernie Katzwinkel is responsible for Auxiliary Services, Facilities Management, Procurement and Financial Services, and Public Safety. Mr. Katzwinkel previously served as Director of the Physical Plant since May 2011.

Karl is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Park and related support services. Karl coordinates marketing and tenant relations, lease negotiations, budgeting, procurement, capital construction/improvement projects and risk mitigation policies and procedures.
