There are several opportunities to locate in the Rensselaer Technology Park Campus through lease options in one of several multi-tenant facilities.

Rensselaer seeks partnerships with mature, technology-based companies that wish to join a community of like-minded innovators. Currently, over 65 companies and organizations reside in the Park, most are located at Rensselaer owned and managed properties. Over 300,000 square feet of space is under management at several multi-tenant buildings throughout the Park. Buildings are constructed as “shell” buildings with common areas and build-to-suit suites for individual companies to lease space. Each tenant can create a customized layout and design to reflect the company's needs. Our goal is to provide turn-key space for tenants to move into a fully built out space.
